AtPoint Group Jamaica Limited, is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) centre, servicing international clients from its registered office in the Montego Bay Special Economic Zone  and is a fully owned subsidiary of AtPoint LLC. The company’s objective is to fully establish an efficient  BPO operation in the first instance at the Montego Bay SEZ and over subsequent years a multi-site world class entity. It is expected that the SEZ Centre will be at capacity or close to capacity within the first year of operation in 2020.  The company will provide the full range of BPO services complemented by the latest in automation and analytics.
