Cimpress Jamaica Limited began operations in 2003 as a customer service center for parent company, Vistaprint, one of the world’s leading online design and print solution for small businesses worldwide. Having initially started operations with just over 20 employees, the operations grew to 720 agents and 175 management/support personnel in 2012. Cimpress now offers a variety of services that along with customer service, they offer a wide range of customizable small business marketing products; real-time access to expert ideas and assistance for people who need a hand; and a simple, straightforward experience for those who know exactly what is needed.
